Each day you are going to want to take a look at the steps you took yesterday. How did you do in your communications with yourself? The way you know is by the interactions that you are having not only with those most intimate with you but how are you also interacting with acquaintances, and with people you are just meeting? How about people you are talking with on the phone or while walking into a gas station?
I think this word stress is the most used in our vocabulary. We throw it in without really looking at what the word means to us. Some days we have lots going on so we have this adrenaline pumping. We just have to learn that the adrenaline helps in our jobs when we need to focus on lots of things coming at us. Continue reading
As I have worked with clients at Life Learning Center of Self I have begun using the term ‘Stories’. My interpretation of this word is our life experiences. As I work with a client we come to a space where an understanding comes that to make choices has always been our right.

Passion is a word that leads to great thought.
As I looked around at what I was doing and began to really look at the lives of people around me I was quite surprised to see that so many people do not expect to ever experience true passion in their lives. As we look at this word, PASSION, we would think that it would be an easy word to describe in ones head. I have spent more than a few minutes to feel this word within my being. Okay, I am sure there are a few out there who are having these very thoughts. So, I will address my thoughts on this.
The operative word here is Thoughts. Too many people believe that thoughts carry the day. You create nothing off a thought. Well, I take that back, you create fear.
You become depressed, you have stress in your lives. Because you let them go wandering around in your brain until you are ready to go crazy. Then when you cannot stand your thoughts any more you start blaming any and every thing around you, for the cause of all of your woes. Continue reading
