Learning to release the past and walk in the truth of this Universe does not mean we walk with no adversity in our lives. It means that when adversity does show up we move through it with grace, peace, and harmony within our heart.
This walk for truth will take you higher, higher than you have ever felt. Yes, the joy will swell in your heart, you will feel like walking on water, or skipping down the sidewalk. Yes, it takes you higher than you have ever been able to feel by pretending that you are a lonely person all alone on this planet called Earth.
Why do we have conflict with our choices about how we are going to live our lives? If you are in any way feeling unhappy about anything in your life at all you are in conflict with your choices. That is the problem right there.
You do not recognize that by not seeing that each and every choice you make compounds the choices that you made prior to the choice in this now. We so want to deflect from our hearts the emotions that make us sad, so we have a tendency to jump over those emotions and try to bury them deep down inside. Continue reading

I have so many people ask me how they can know what their needs are. As we are talking they are expressing what they think their needs are. I know that most of us feel our needs are those things like food, clothing, housing, jobs.
One of the first things that you must learn about this world and how we fit into it is that we have such awesome power. That power lies within your keeping of your heart. This Universe fills every need you have.
I have also found that my doubts about my ability stand the very most between me and my glorious joy. It stands in the way of my most wonderful creations. It is doubt, yes!
