Learning to communicate with yourself can be truly the hardest thing you ever do. There are many pitfalls along the way as you begin to pull away from the social consciousness that has been a part of your life up to this date. You are asking questions that as you ask those around you are not making your heart feel at peace. You must always remember that the truth is held within your heart.
Okay, I know I have been spending a lot of time writing about talking to yourself and truly communicating with yourself. Understand that it is very easy to slip into talking to yourself rather than truly communicating. It is not easy to break old habits and beliefs about the truth of this world that we live in.
Here are a few questions that you can begin using for yourself to start the process of learning how you have been making choices without taking the time to evaluate why you would make the choice you are considering.
When you begin to see that you are talking but nothing is happening to make changes in your life expression, it is up to you to begin a process to find out why you have the opinions and beliefs that support the very lifestyle that you no longer desire.
I am spending a lot of time on the concepts talking to one’s self vs the true form of communications with one’s self. I know you use words that formulate into sentences and you then use these sentences as a form of talking with those around you. I have spent the last couple of weeks talking about the difference between talking and communicating; sharing many facets of how you talk to fill space in the air around you vs really having a communication with others which in turn is the process of allowing yourselves to hear the thoughts that are going on within your own minds.
What is the art of communication? So many of you are telling me no one hears you, you talk and talk and share you intimate feelings and yet you are not being heard. Well, I have a question for you… What is talking and what is communicating? They are two totally different things. Is is possible that all you do is talk and not really communicate your real feelings and emotions?
Ahhh…. that first bloom of love. The one that was so intense that it just rocked your world. Well, you can feel this for yourself when you begin to stand up for yourself in the quiet way of the simple truth that you really do get to. That you do not have to fight your way out of anything .
