One of the things that I have always asked my students and clients to do is to journal each day. I share that by doing this you will begin to see how your free thoughts show you how you randomly think about the world and people around you. This is very important when you need to start finding where your learned behaviors are sabotaging your everyday life and the creations that your heart is feeling.
As you are beginning to see, to choose just for yourself you must blend the feel of your value and your heart. You have spent so much time listening to other peoples hearts and what their needs are, and you have done your bloody best to fill them, yet here you are sad, and you feel like with all you do for others, no one else seems to be able to hear that it is your turn.
When you are looking at the changes that you know and feel are right for you, the first place you want to begin is like I was recently saying in my talk radio show… You must always start with the very center of your internal power. By doing so you are taking charge of the power with each and every choice that you are making consciously today. Then to take care and be aware of the choices that you made when you did not stand in the place of power.
What does it mean to find the inner you? Does this mean to you that the time has come to look your fears in the face and ask, “Why am I continuing this self abuse?” The hardest thing to wrap your thoughts around is coming to the place where you see that you are the only one responsible for the choices of staying anywhere that you are not happy.
In my last blog post, Why should you be satisfied with only sometimes being happy?, I was talking about having this piece inside of me that made me push myself to find the truth that was going to make me feel good about living the life I was living. It was not that by looking at me, you would think I had a bad life. Yet, even in that, I was raising children was married and working out of the home sometimes.
As you walk through your day and you are trying to get a handle on this spiritual walk to find the Universal Truth, what does it mean to stand in ones self? When we read books or see movies it always seems that they leave us with the impression you have to give up your entire life. Would you make the choice to walk in truth and love knowing you have to give up everything you know and love today? My guess would be, no! For me I had an internal drive, that always pushed me forward, to learn more, to want to be happy within my internal heart.
The most freeing information I received while I was contemplating was that there is one reason and one reason only we come here on this wonderful planet. When I could understand this information, it gave me such peace of mind. Since then I have been working on the stories that are contrast to this one piece of information.
In the beginning, there was a group of souls that were really bored. They were so bored they came up with an idea, an idea that would allow any other soul that desired to have a different experience than what was happening in their vibrational plane. These souls came together and began an experiment.
