One of the things that I spend a lot of time working on with my students and clients is that once you begin to start communicating with yourself and others and for the first time you are feeling the effects of that communications, you can get hit by emotions when people do not recognize that you are trying to reunite with old friends and family. Because you have had stories that you have used to keep you from participating with your loved ones they have gotten used to a certain kind of behaviour from you.
Let’s talk about communicating with ourselves and telling ourselves the truth about our stories that we desire to hold most near and dear to our hearts. Those are the stories that are really the most harmful to our need for change in our lives.
When you are beginning to learn that what you are feeling is what you are experiencing, you will want to learn the art of communicating your real needs so that they are the things that you are experiencing full time in your world. It is the most awesome experience when you come to the place in your world where you can see for yourself that what you are feeling from the core of your heart is the very expression you are having in your physical world.
I have been asked the question many times, How do I come up with questions that are going to have me begin to understand how all this works? As a matter of fact, this weeks class homework is to come back into class next Wednesday evening having 10 questions of a generic nature that they can use to start breaking down any and all of their physical life experiences.
What does it mean when you talk about learning to communicate? Are you talking about communicating with your friends, family, co- workers, or are you talking about a much more personal communication with that one person that is the most important in your life?
