Have you heard the concept to ‘fake it til you make it’? Well unless you understand the concept of having faith, faking is simply all you end up doing. The way to begin to walk in the Universal Truth and to have internal happiness is to see in your life the changes you really desire to have.
One of the most asked questions I hear is how do you recognize your feelings? When this question was first asked of me, I was taken back, I had to ask myself, What do you mean your feelings? I spent many long days in contemplation about this question.
We have a holiday called Patriots day and it is to celebrate and come together as a Nation for a sad day in our history. We hear speeches from the survivors and family members of those lost in the tragedy of that day. We, as a Nation, should stand up and remember, for it is in the remembering that we make other choices.
I have so many people ask me how they can know what their needs are. As we are talking they are expressing what they think their needs are. I know that most of us feel our needs are those things like food, clothing, housing, jobs.
How do you stand up for being yourself without having conflict? How do we communicate what our needs and desires are when someone in our life does not want to see how to fill their own needs and still wants you to help them fill theirs?
Why is it so hard for us to admit the truth? Why can we not say, “I can not do that“. A very simple statement, right? Yet, when are are asked to participate in something that we know right away we do not desire to do, why can’t we simply say those words… “I just can not do this for you.”
When one starts to feel the kind of satisfaction and happiness that sustains itself without having outside scenarios be the reason for your happiness, you are no longer waiting for instant gratification. Now you are beginning to understand what it means to stand in the Universal truth. It is there for all of us to have .
To stand strong within ourselves, to learn that all things are lessons, to know that judgment is only something that is here… not a part of the Universal truth. How do I know these things? It becomes apparent when you go within yourself and ask ,”How does this work?, What really is the truth about our world?” When a person really goes within themselves and begins to really want change… change comes.
