There is a wonderful feeling when you begin to see how the little child within reacts in the way of sabotaging your life. When at first you become aware of these little child emotions and how they can have you make choices that really take away from you the very things your heart and soul are yearning for, you start to feel a sense of relief.
When we come to a place where we desire to begin in a new place, how do we go about using the proper tools that will change our lives? How do we learn the truth about how we became who we are and let go of what we used to use as our identity of self? I think these questions are the ones most asked of me. Not right away of course, because when someone comes to me they are at the end of their hopes.
I think this word stress is the most used in our vocabulary. We throw it in without really looking at what the word means to us. Some days we have lots going on so we have this adrenaline pumping. We just have to learn that the adrenaline helps in our jobs when we need to focus on lots of things coming at us. Continue reading
When I last blogged I was speaking about being aware that we are making choices when we decide not to make a change. We are allowing things to stay as they are. Yet we get mad at the scenario. When our attention is focused on this fact, if our emotions do not prevent us from seeing the truth of this, we could even laugh. We have when we are discussing others situations. Not so when it is our feelings on the line.
