Recently one of my students was sharing that they were not having the greatest success because they were still not being prepared for a scenario that would happen. As I listened to them I asked a simple question, “Where do you start the evaluation process before a life experience begins?” That question led us to spend most of the evening talking about the importance of understanding and using the evaluation process… and to learn the wonder of sharing. I am not talking about the surface things you do like going to the grocery store. I am talking about those passing thoughts that come to you, whether it is a thought that brings pain to your heart, like when you’ve had a thought someone you loved is going home to the 5th dimension, or that there is a big change coming in your life.
When one talks about communicating does that mean with others? Does that mean with one’s self? Does that mean with the all encompassing Universe for all the answers one could ever hope to have answered?
Well I just went through a weekend with a wonderful group of women where we have one on one sessions as a group to work on concepts and ideas, beliefs that are putting a block in front of us and removing them to be able to walk free and whole into our daily lives.
Today I would like to talk about how you can lull yourself into thinking that all is well and yet you have not followed all the steps needed to set yourself free. How do you know you have not set yourself free? How do I know you have not set yourself free?
What is it to be stopped dead in your tracks when your broken inner core keeps popping up? Well is this not the million dollar question? I am talking about these things because as always, I am working on myself, and as I see where I am falling down I figure I should share the learning curve with all of you .
I would like to talk to those of you that have tried ‘positive thinking’ your way into having your creations. Have you had success each and every time? No? Well there is a reason for that. Yes, you are not feeling the same positive that you are trying to think.
Well, I have been addressing with my students and clients a major question that can stop you dead in your tracks. So it is time to begin to discuss with you what a ‘knowing’ is and how do you begin to work with a knowing for your benefit and not your determent.
One of the things that you will need to practice when you are beginning this walk of truth is watching for where you place expectations on someone else. Relying on any specific person or people shows that you have an attachment to that person. Attachments are very harmful for both parties involved.
As I sit in the wonder of what this world can send us, I realize it is our physical experience which is such a wonderful gift. It is there to show us the moment, right now… with no stories attached… just plain and simple expression. It’s the ever present opportunity to ask self: Do you want to go farther in this?
