In class last night I spoke about how a vibration can and is the same in our lives even though the choices we are making can seem as though we are living different life scenarios. I could tell that was a new way of sharing with my students. We continued and I shared how a vibration is always the same. We meet people as we are either moving up or down the octave that we are in and yet some people may be moving to a higher vibration while others may be going down. Yet at the same moment we can touch someone’s life that for a few moments in Universal time can seem and feel like a perfect match to who we are. Yet keep in mind… you might have been on an upward movement and they were on a downward movement. This is where we have to know how to use both the spiritual tools and physical experiences as we begin to unravel for ourselves the choices we are about to make concerning that person or life expression that is hitting our vibration.
I can not stress enough how important it is to learn how to communicate with yourself. If you feel that people are always talking at you and you are never being heard, guess what… you are really trying to get yourself to hear your very own heart.
Recently one of my students was sharing that they were not having the greatest success because they were still not being prepared for a scenario that would happen. As I listened to them I asked a simple question, “Where do you start the evaluation process before a life experience begins?” That question led us to spend most of the evening talking about the importance of understanding and using the evaluation process… and to learn the wonder of sharing. I am not talking about the surface things you do like going to the grocery store. I am talking about those passing thoughts that come to you, whether it is a thought that brings pain to your heart, like when you’ve had a thought someone you loved is going home to the 5th dimension, or that there is a big change coming in your life.
So how would you deal with seeing how brutal sarcasm is? Continue reading
A question that is often asked is “How do I know when it is my small inner child or a learned behaviour that is affecting my internal choices?” I do want to talk about how each of us have several emotions and then a true feeling/knowing that goes on within our heart and mind as we are asking for new experiences. There is no greater gift we can give ourselves than to be able to see up front and personal how the little child and our learned behaviours are only visible when we are beginning to take charge of our emotional well being. That is because our learned behaviours are incorporated to support a small inner child that at a very early age, because of a story we lived through, without having a Guardian walk with us through the experience so that even as a tiny child we are shown when we could of made a different choice and how that different choice would have showed us how differently the story could’ve been.
When you are learning to use the most valuable tool that you have, evaluating each and every thought you allow to flow through your consciousness, you will at first be nervous about the changes that might occur in your life if you use this tool. Will you still have feelings about those you love and have in your life?
When you are having some success with your evaluation process and you see your life changing and then poof something happens and you find yourself at a loss and it feels like you are right back at where you started, you are not! Why? It is simple… you are recognizing that you have taken steps to make change. You see and feel the changes in your life. Do not throw that away.
When the world looks beautiful and everything is going your way do you now take the time to find out what you did, how you were feeling and the people you met and opportunities that came your way? This is one of the most important times to go back take the time to evaluate the whats, wheres and whys.
Last week in class we were discussing how each of us, even when asked questions, still do not make choices that allow for us to be the primary parrticipant in our lives. Really! Did you really just read these words? I am telling you that even though you have been working with true diligence to find out about how to make you the most important person in your world, you are still talking yourself into being the secondary participant in your very own life.
I would like to share with you how you learn to evaluate before a scenario plays out in your world. And then how to walk through the experience and then once you’ve walked through the experience to once again evaluate how you did. What emotions came up for you? What choices would you make again? What choices would you drop from your mind?.
