One of the things that I have always asked my students and clients to do is to journal each day. I share that by doing this you will begin to see how your free thoughts show you how you randomly think about the world and people around you. This is very important when you need to start finding where your learned behaviors are sabotaging your everyday life and the creations that your heart is feeling.
As you continue to look at all the tools you can use as you evaluate before you have a physical experience, you are actually preparing ahead of time. How many times, as you are beginning to take control of your life, have you wanted to kick that spirit pillow? As you asked yourself, “Why am I always seeing later what I could have done before hand?”
When you are working on self-value and worth have you really taken the time to see just how much value and worth you truly believe you have and are worth? It is far easier for us to say the words, but your action steps say a far different thing.
Compassion is having empathy and understanding for the sufferings of others. I would prefer that we begin to have compassion for ourselves first. We must look at the choices and action steps that we have taken that have brought us to our current state of unhappiness.
We must use that compassion for us first, take the time… and not in the ‘oh woe is me’ energy… but with true love for self that you had the right to make those choices that gave you the experiences that you have had. This is the very place everyone desires to stop soul searching. Yet it is here, when we decide to accept the accountability and responsibility for every and all things that we have experienced, that our lives would change dramatically. Continue reading
