Find your truth then change your stories

So how do we come to grips with the fact that if we have not been telling the truth about our stories then our lives have been built on an untruth? How do we straighten out our lives?

This is a question I have spent much time on. By the time most people come to this question in their lives all holy heck is breaking loose in it. So what do we do?

I would begin with first by asking you to try understanding and feeling truly who and why you are you.

I always suggest to my students and clients that first and foremost you must come to know SELF.

We can only start from ground zero. Which is the core of your being. Continue reading

To know we are on track…

As I have been going through the last few days I have had the most profound experience of understanding who I am. I have opened up a door that I will never walk back through in whom and what I am. I, like everyone, have a voice that had such a hold on me. Mine was one that as I walked into my life of teacher, actually held such a tight hold on me I almost made the choice not go any farther. “Do I know my story has changed?”

Once we find out what to do!

I was so excited as I began to see that I could re-write a story in my life. So what does this mean to me? This means that I go to the core of who I am. Then I look at what I have said about the things that have happened to me. I take a very personal attitude about this. We can claim…… Continue reading

Finding my Passion for myself.

PASSION

This subject is so fascinating for me. I found in the dictionary 12 definitions of passion. Yet they did not seem to touch on the quest of Passion for self. I think it is the kind of passion that you read in story books. The quest that damn near kills you before you get to the end.

Do you have to have a near death experience to come to an understanding to look for passion? I do not think I have had a near death experience. So, does that leave me out of the running to find how to create for myself in the very center of myself,  the core of me, through passion??? Continue reading
