Recently one of my students was sharing that they were not having the greatest success because they were still not being prepared for a scenario that would happen. As I listened to them I asked a simple question, “Where do you start the evaluation process before a life experience begins?” That question led us to spend most of the evening talking about the importance of understanding and using the evaluation process… and to learn the wonder of sharing. I am not talking about the surface things you do like going to the grocery store. I am talking about those passing thoughts that come to you, whether it is a thought that brings pain to your heart, like when you’ve had a thought someone you loved is going home to the 5th dimension, or that there is a big change coming in your life.
When you are having some success with your evaluation process and you see your life changing and then poof something happens and you find yourself at a loss and it feels like you are right back at where you started, you are not! Why? It is simple… you are recognizing that you have taken steps to make change. You see and feel the changes in your life. Do not throw that away.
When the world looks beautiful and everything is going your way do you now take the time to find out what you did, how you were feeling and the people you met and opportunities that came your way? This is one of the most important times to go back take the time to evaluate the whats, wheres and whys.
How do you, as a new student in communicating with one’s self and learning to really hear and begin to make changes, begin the communications with the children in your lives that we have now acting out because of you not taking the physical steps that were necessary to create the happiness in your heart.
How do you maintain these new concepts of communication? You can see the benefits of communicating with yourself because you are seeing real changes in your world, yet there are still hiccups. Why do you think it happens that when you are trying to express the truth about you the feedback that you get is of mistrust or anger or frustrations or any and all of those emotions that create so much havoc with your heart?
What is the hardest part about keeping yourself on track so that you are always filling your needs? When I am working with you I can see how your intentions are all so powerful about changing the course of you life, yet you come back and feel bad because you have somehow lost sight of the need that you started with to change your life.
Have you heard the concept to ‘fake it til you make it’? Well unless you understand the concept of having faith, faking is simply all you end up doing. The way to begin to walk in the Universal Truth and to have internal happiness is to see in your life the changes you really desire to have.
What does it mean to stand in your heart and be truthful to yourself? What does it mean when we feel a yearning in our inner being that does not seem to go away no matter what we try and do to make changes in ourselves?
When we are working on changing ourselves so that we can truly be happy, we must begin by looking at ourselves and where we sit in our opinions and beliefs. Before we go anywhere else we must look at the truth of the beliefs and opinions we currently hold.
