When you wake up and find that your life is not what you had dreamed about what do you do about it? I know that we do have those thoughts that fleet through our minds when we are not on our game. When we are feeling sad about a situation that we may be in or those people we are interacting with.
Let’s talk about communicating with ourselves and telling ourselves the truth about our stories that we desire to hold most near and dear to our hearts. Those are the stories that are really the most harmful to our need for change in our lives.
When one talks about communicating does that mean with others? Does that mean with one’s self? Does that mean with the all encompassing Universe for all the answers one could ever hope to have answered?
Now I would like to begin to talk about another form of communication. I would like to share how you begin to talk to yourself in the brutal honesty that I talk about. If you have read my blogs or listened to my talk radio show, you will have heard me refer to this concept.
The art of communication to Self, wow this is the most wonderful and you would think easy thing to do but I am here writing about this subject because you have become a master at the art of deception.
The greatest form of communication is the communication you have with yourself. .As I have gone through learning about expressing myself so that you can understand and feel and then incorporate what I am writing into practical uses just for your own sense of peace and freedom, I have spent many hours in contemplation on how do you and I learn how to see, walk, and speak in the Universal Truth. And of course I came to the understanding of this is all and has always been for the sense of knowing and loving self.
I am finding that the one thing that gets in the way for most people is that as you are looking to find the truth within your heart, you are not looking at the truth of why you made your choices from a place of mistrust and unhappiness.
What does it mean when you talk about learning to communicate? Are you talking about communicating with your friends, family, co- workers, or are you talking about a much more personal communication with that one person that is the most important in your life?
Again I would like to talk about losing out on a creation that you have a great need for. At the same time you are asking me to describe for you what a need is. I do have to say that question does take me back a bit. I have had to sit back and contemplate on how to describe for others what their needs should feel like and how they can know that it is their need when I am explaining to them what their need is.
