You have now been practicing the art of questioning and being your own Guardian. Yet you still are having difficulty in taking those actions steps that stand up for you. It has been so long that you have spent worrying about other peoples feelings and needs it just simply feels wrong to you to stand up for your personal needs. So this simply means you have to continue to evaluate your self- worth over those other’s needs.
I am sure when you are thinking about talking to someone that you dearly love and yet you are having some issue or another it seems like it is the worst possible thing to talk about something that is triggering you.
I can not stress enough how important it is to learn how to communicate with yourself. If you feel that people are always talking at you and you are never being heard, guess what… you are really trying to get yourself to hear your very own heart.
Recently one of my students was sharing that they were not having the greatest success because they were still not being prepared for a scenario that would happen. As I listened to them I asked a simple question, “Where do you start the evaluation process before a life experience begins?” That question led us to spend most of the evening talking about the importance of understanding and using the evaluation process… and to learn the wonder of sharing. I am not talking about the surface things you do like going to the grocery store. I am talking about those passing thoughts that come to you, whether it is a thought that brings pain to your heart, like when you’ve had a thought someone you loved is going home to the 5th dimension, or that there is a big change coming in your life.
