You have begun to make changes in your life, you are seeing many things change for you and you wake up happy and feeling an expectation for the new day that is about to start. Yet once again you find yourself with doubt and not having the ability to trust your heart.
I am finding that the one thing that gets in the way for most people is that as you are looking to find the truth within your heart, you are not looking at the truth of why you made your choices from a place of mistrust and unhappiness.
You would think it would be so easy just to say, “I am tired of the way I feel about me and my life, I need change.” Yet that change seems to be the scariest thing in your world. Almost so that you will refuse to make the critical changes that will make you so remarkably happy. Why do you think that is?
Today let’s talk about how it takes work and discipline when you have been riding a high of your concepts and ideas working and working well for the first time in your life. You feel like you have it. You understand the new way of feeling and thinking, you are making changes in your life and then all of a sudden… things begin to not come out like you felt they should. More and more it seems you have things happening for you but oops, not all the way… or almost but, yet, ohh no… there it goes… slips out of your fingers.
