Have you heard the concept to ‘fake it til you make it’? Well unless you understand the concept of having faith, faking is simply all you end up doing. The way to begin to walk in the Universal Truth and to have internal happiness is to see in your life the changes you really desire to have.
One of the things that I hear a lot is how different a person is. Then I wonder do they think they are different? Do they want to be different? How is a person different? I hear a lot of people talk about how they think they are different yet, they are repeating patterns just like everyone else.
One of the things I have noticed with a lot of the people I work with is that they seem to not want to study the history and stories that they have told about themselves. As I have contemplated on this idea, I of course have looked back at my own study of myself.
Why do we have conflict with our choices about how we are going to live our lives? If you are in any way feeling unhappy about anything in your life at all you are in conflict with your choices. That is the problem right there.
You do not recognize that by not seeing that each and every choice you make compounds the choices that you made prior to the choice in this now. We so want to deflect from our hearts the emotions that make us sad, so we have a tendency to jump over those emotions and try to bury them deep down inside. Continue reading
As I write this blog post I am going to write under the premise that you understand that we are always, in our every moment experiences, in a lesson plan that we choose just for ourselves. Under that premise I am going to begin by working with this question…
Compassion is having empathy and understanding for the sufferings of others. I would prefer that we begin to have compassion for ourselves first. We must look at the choices and action steps that we have taken that have brought us to our current state of unhappiness.
We must use that compassion for us first, take the time… and not in the ‘oh woe is me’ energy… but with true love for self that you had the right to make those choices that gave you the experiences that you have had. This is the very place everyone desires to stop soul searching. Yet it is here, when we decide to accept the accountability and responsibility for every and all things that we have experienced, that our lives would change dramatically. Continue reading
One of the most asked questions I hear is how do you recognize your feelings? When this question was first asked of me, I was taken back, I had to ask myself, What do you mean your feelings? I spent many long days in contemplation about this question.
